Who we are
HuurSpoed is a rental-listing alert service provided by the company named as data controller above. Questions about the service or these terms? Contact us using the details above.
What HuurSpoed does
HuurSpoed collects public rental listings from multiple sources, filters them against your search profile and sends you a notification as soon as a matching home appears. We are a tool that makes your search faster and clearer.
What HuurSpoed is not
- We are not an estate agent, landlord or broker and are not a party to any tenancy agreement.
- We give no guarantee of a home, a viewing or priority with landlords.
- You always respond to a listing yourself; the landlord decides who to invite.
- We cannot guarantee that every listing is current, correct or still available. We do our best with deduplication, freshness checks and scam detection, but the original source remains authoritative.
Your account and fair use
- You are responsible for your login details and for the accuracy of your search profile.
- One free trial applies per person. We may block abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to bypass the free limit.
- You will not use HuurSpoed for unlawful purposes, nor for automated scraping or reuse of our data (scraping, resale and the like).
Free trial and paid plans
- You start with a free trial. We also offer paid plans with additional features.
- Paid plans can be cancelled monthly; you can cancel with one click in your dashboard, taking effect at the end of the current period.
- When you cancel, you return to the free plan. Your data is kept until you delete it yourself.
- We may change prices and the contents of plans. Changes apply from the next billing period.
Liability
We provide the service "as is". The data shown is indicative; always verify a listing at its original source before taking action. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed homes, outdated or incorrect listings, or damage resulting from decisions you make based on a notification. Always stay alert to fraud. Safe search.
Applicable law
These terms and the use of HuurSpoed are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page, with the date of the latest change at the top. If you continue to use HuurSpoed after a change, you agree to the updated terms.
