1 Set up your search
Pick your city, budget, minimum floor area, number of rooms, property type and segment (private sector, social housing, mid-market rent). You can hide paid platforms, set exclusion keywords and, optionally, add an income indication so you only see homes you have a realistic shot at.
As you set it up, you instantly see the expected supply: how many homes per week this search is likely to surface, based on real historical data. If your search is very strict, we tell you honestly.
2 We gather and vet listings
HuurSpoed continuously checks multiple sources (websites with feeds, sitemaps and property mailings). Every home is:
- de-duplicated — the same home on three sites shows up once, with "also found on"
- screened for scam signals, with an explanation of why
- labelled by cost: free to apply, paid platform, registration fee, extra account required
- monitored for freshness — outdated listings are flagged
3 You get an alert on a match
When a home fits your search, we do a quick last check just before sending to confirm it is still online, then you get an alert with the match score, cost labels and a direct link. For every match you see why it matches: which filters line up, which are uncertain and which do not.
4 You reply — fast and well prepared
Open the source in one click. The reply generator drafts a polished Dutch message based on your search and the home. After that you track everything in your dashboard: applied, viewing, rejected or rented — including your average response time.
What HuurSpoed does not do
We do not give you priority with landlords and we cannot guarantee you a home. Social housing is supported only to a limited extent: some housing associations require their own registration (such as WoningNet) and only accept applications through their own platform. We flag that clearly on those homes.
